How to submit
You can submit a complaint or suggestion in the following ways:
Send us a mail by clicking on the ‘Send Mail’ button below with the following info:

- Name*
- Company (if applicable)
- Email*
- Phone*
- Type ‘Complaint’ OR ‘Suggestion’ at the start of the ‘Subject’ field of the mail
Example: Complain – This is an example of complain submission. - Details* (brief description)
- Attachments (photos, documents)
- Mention preferred contact method at the end of the mail
What happens next

- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days.
- Assessment & Action: Your feedback will be reviewed by the relevant team. For complaints, we will investigate and propose corrective actions where required. For suggestions, we will evaluate feasibility and potential implementation.
- Response timeframe: We aim to provide a formal response within 10 working days. If the issue requires more time, we will keep you informed of progress.
Confidentiality & respect
All submissions will be treated with confidentiality and professionally. If you request anonymity, we will respect that to the extent practicable while still investigating the matter effectively.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation. Please send an email to smaishal@inspectionresource.in with reference to your original mail and it will be reviewed by our senior management.
